i like the pool... quite... location

gym reasonably equipped, sauna never used, hot tub as it days on the tin

is just a little thing, but i would have preferred if the restaurant on site had room service

the view from the top of the parking garage is fantastic too

our kids enjoyed the outdoor pool right after our arrival

very fresh hot breakfast and many other selections including cold bottles of water were excellent

having breakfast each morning at the hotel was a plus too

the pool and gym were available with reservations and covid guidelines the staff was friendly and responsive

i would change one thing is the amount of waste that is unnecessarily produced by guests during breakfast

take out breakfast was good given the current dining circumstances

unfortunatly the spa & pool were cold due to a heating issue.

although we did not use them, the hotel had some nice amenities: pool, spa, bar with live music friday night and restaurant

desk was very friendly and accommodating to our requests for early check in and late check out

was wonderful, staff, location, cleanliness, nice spa and pool, room service it was an exceptional visit

i do wish they had a laundry facility but even without that, i'd still 5 star this hotel as the best hotel in santa
