outdoor space & pool are really nice

we enjoyed the pool and the practically deserted beach that we were able to snorkel at nearby

location close to the sea, the pool, which we had to ourselves coz there weren't other guests at the time; the staff kind and

the beach is very close, equipped with a bar and restaurant

wonderful sunrises, nice view from the rooftop, pool, clean room, very friendly restaurant with good food close to the

close to the beach service is good and prompt parking available at the hotel

wifi is really bad, and as the weekend got closer and the rooms filled up, it just stopped working

the many families staying also meant that the pool was full of kids in the morning and afternoon, i guess in the weekend there must be even more

noisy, lots of kids. tiny balcony, terrible view

in the meantime, while parking on the hotel lot, we noticed that the room staff, by around 2pm were lounging around in the

small pool but was always clean

that we could walk everywhere the staff were super helpful and friendly the restaurant/ bar has great food and

rooms were great (some noise from the pool) but noting out of hand

the breakfast buffet was extensive, with wonderful fresh fruit and an omelette bar

my last visit the guest washing machine was broken, but we took a taxi to a local laundry (mina's laundry) and picked it up washed and folded the next day

the hotel has a pool and a gym, but i was too tired to enjoy them

good location, beautiful pool but crowded with kids. beach club was great.

it was a great place to stay, the pool is always clean and is safe for the kids

wifi works in common areas

i wouldn't say this was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events at the bar downstairs every night), but the noise always stopped

breakfast was just fine, with attentive service

hotel is in easy central location with safe parking

swimming pool area very nice

the room window was next to the pool seats, it can get noisy. avoid this room

the bar looked fun as well

pool was great, breakfast was decent

we had the breakfast buffets, poolside lunches, sit down fine dinning on their front patio area

breakfast and pool area are great. easy walk to town.

the pool area was very nice and the chicken soup at the restaurant was exceptional

comfy beds, beautiful pool, great buffet breakfast for an additional $150 pesos, amazing cocktails, would stay here again

the pool area was fabulous except for lack of shade

they had no drawers to put clothes, the gym completely outdated and not good ventilation

needs more shade around the pool area

gym equipment was broken and dirty

on site restaurant and bar a bit overpriced. currently some construction during the day.

pool was lovely, staff was wonderful, rooms were cleaned well each day, stunning views of the ocean

pool needs a little tlc but i assume it's hard to fix during high season

the bar had only one bartender

the spa appeared to be closed

shuttle service is recommended to transport guests to and from the restaurant/pool/beach areas to hotel

very clean and comfortable, beautiful views and wonderful infinity pool.

if you change your mind about breakfast inclusion when you arrive (we had wanted to see what the menu was like first) you cannot

staff were all super nice , top notch service , the views of the ocean from the restaurant, bar and my balcony were amazing , pools were nice and refreshing

said construction works were directly next to the pool making our pool experience not very relaxing/noisy and it sadly also made the beach/bay down

amazing view and grate space but they have the air conditioning boxes to just next to the privet pool and they make a big noice … also the bath tubs are huge in the rooms but the water doesn’t

and the national park nearby was great

the pool is great with excellent views and lounge chairs for everyone (no early-morning hoarding of

everything. especially the private pool and wonderful staff

the staff went above and beyond, beautiful atmosphere, keeps the kids busy, very relaxing, peaceful sleep, excellent rooms

only thing we didn’t find that great was the food, the breakfast was good, but we tried a few of the restaurants and we were not impressed

there is even a kids club where you can leave your kids for free (if they are older than 4 yrs) or you can pay for

the food has a wide variety of things opposed to the traditional continental breakfast

the kids club was amazing, the staff there were incredibly caring and worked really hard

the taco bar at the mexican restaurant was fantastic

gym needs to be upgraded more to match the level of this hotel

the pool had salt instead of clorox which made it wonderful to soak it in longer without having to
