(-)room service could be better worst was the fact that they forgot to replace the bottles from (-)items like tylenol, bandaids, socks, sandiego shirts/jackets, etc, especially since your dinner room service options are so limited (-) there were brown stains on my pillow case, and my husband feel sand in his bed, i suspect the room service did not fully replace the sheets and pillow case
