we loved the spa tub

a fireplace and spa were provided

too early for pool or restaurant, unseasonably warm weather so an umbrella on the balcony would have been nice

the spa is a must and we really enjoyed brunch

only disappointing thing was the pool deck was being refinished so we were unable to relax on the deck while having perfect sunny

wifi was spotty and slow.

charge for parking was a tad high, but then again it was a convenient location

excellent breakfast friendly and courteous staff porters helping with luggage

the golf simulator was great, and at a decent price

also the service in the bar and pub was slow and inefficient

not that comfortable pool wasn t available but should be all year round for a high standard hotel

only exception was $20 pet fee, should have been disclosed at time of booking

bill included breakfast and it was hearty-included hot food
