at the italian restaurant the cold pool in the room no water or snacks no champagne at the bar room service cut off

we found the availability and location of car parking to be very convenient

we took the breakfast package and it was great- plenty of variety and all delicious

loved my room with my own private bathroom jacuzzi and the omelette station for breakfast; i loved the beach

no hot tub, no gym, mediocre food, limited entertainment, no private beach, horrible and slow bartenders, slow

(yummy)to teshawna and all the ladies at the kids club, let me just say they are amazing with kids, and our boys enjoyed going to see them

the tropical gardens, old world charm, colonial furnishings, landscaped lagoon style pool, really everything from the koi carp to the peacocks make this place very special

the second rooftop pool opened a few days later, and there were still some construction works in progress

for example, we were asked for our room number several times during breakfast

requests were ignored and had to ask several times , breakfast was a bit limited in choices
