great pool and gym facilities

the wifi wouldn't connect

we were delighted to be given an upgrade and to receive a complimentary early check in, this made our anniversary trip that extra special

hotel, stunning views, best breakfast i have had at a hotel easily, easy parking on site, would definitely stay

kids love it

the bar closes at 11, you can have a drink in reception

wifi was a little erratic to start but it improved.

we arrived there was a general problem in the area with wifi, and the staff offered a free drink to compensate

the bar and restaurant don't open until 11 but we had tea and coffee facilities in our room

we were also able to avail of early check in which was great

cutty sark and greenwich park on your doorstep and a vast array of bars, restaurants, shops, cafes

very charming and quaint but also had modern upgrades

a bit weird and disturbing, could be particularly offensive if you take kids there - more graphic up close than the photo shows

there was paid wifi?? i didn't see that option so i used vpn. wifi was very slow

the spa facilities.. needs improving.. really poor quality.. no jacuzzi no swimming pool

right next to dlr which was convenient, close to everything else, friendly staff, able to do late check

you for the hardwork especially from reception to the kitchen people and most specially to the room service people

continuously walked into my room 4x even after i had explained i had a late check out

breakfast on offer was excellent and value for money

i also requested the night of our stay if we could book on for late check out and was told that i would have to come back at 9/10am to check just incase someone

bed was super comfy and the gym was perfect for what i needed in the morning

unfortunately the single room's wifi and tv were not receiving signals

fresh fruit selection and availability at breakfast could be improved.

excellent location, room is very confi and the bed, acceptable gym. highly recommend

pool was refreshing but jacuzzi really shouldn t be cold, my main bug was room service breakfast

which was absolutely no issue for them, they go above and beyond for their guests, the spa and gym was lovely and the staff in the gym and pool area were just as amazing, also gave us a free

services and activities although the holiday inn express doesn't offer a spa or pool, it makes up for it with a range of well-thought-out services

d to ask reception for wifi password, not sure what the coffee pods were as not labelled)

small things - 1) the lighting in the bar and restaurant were very bright and in an evening it could have done with dimming a little 2)

if it would have had gym and swimming pool it would be 10/10

for families with kids under 5 theres nothing close by like quick food places etc
