website says gym and hot tub is closed but it was actually open, couldn't use it because i was not prepared

pool area was really way too small and cramped for the size of the facility and the number of users

parking was a bit of a challenge

we appreciated the heads up that the hotel let us know ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were closed for renovation

pool was out of service and gym only had 3 machines which hardly worked

were absolutely amazing, and breakfast was top notch

some of gym machines weren't working

connected to a bar that causes it to be loud up until 3 or 4 with loud drunks in

was charged a pet fee but when i booked the hotel it showed no pet fee

arrived shortly after 9pm and found it extraordinary not to have food or bar service in a delta

right across the road from the casino and so it is convenient if that is what you are looknig for

pool and water sludge were excellent and the location and ease of access to the casino where we had

enjoyed the lounge - their meals room service and the ticats were in town as well staying at the hotel as were canadian miliary

we stayed in the royal suite and it was amazing. the room service was impeccable.

the bar man was exceptional at all the work he did during a busy weekend

we had appointments in the hotel spa for massages and pedicure as well which were fantastic

very nice hotel if you are travelling with kids and even if your travelling alone or a couple

they serve us extra food and drinks while we are waiting that the kids enjoyed while also waiting for the food they ordered

parking lot was difficult.to maneuver. not a lot of space to back out of a slot.

with our dog so we loved that it was pet friendly and the indoor water slide was a hit with the kids

the staff had a hard time keep up with morning breakfast supplies some mornings.

room was a great size, especially with kids

we also took advantage of the laundry witch only cost $2 a load

kitchen stocked nicely with dishes and utensils

the staff at front desk were friendly and even did an early check in for me which was great

location, airport shuttle, on-site parking, large rooms, mini-fridge, next to grocery store

there was no safety box, no water bottles, no shampoo, no carpet slippers or any laundry bag.

the laundry was not well done - stains on our sheets, then hairs intertwined in our towels

as we were right in the middle and heard the kids in the pool first thing in the

kids loved the water slides

was amazing loved that the gym was accessible with a key from the front desk only, so they knew who was in

the beds & pillows where so comfortable. the kids had a blast at the pool

the breakfast was excellent. comfortable. the pool area was really great for the kids as well.

the gym has a good selection of equipment in it also
