pretty much had the pool to ourselves

at the end of the day the kids had a little ‘party’ with music , wolf ears , strobe lights etc

very clean, welcome and affordable. indoor pool, breakfast and appliances in room are great!

the gym would benefit from being a bit larger with more options of weight machines

we enjoy the free laundry facilities and courtyard

hotel was beautiful and the kitchenette was fully stocked . loves the full size fridge

i liked how it was medevil style and it being one of kind and the pool area was fantastic.

i go inside, staff were staring at me and it mad me uncomfortable bring watched, even in the pool area, when i just wanted to relax, it was making us paranoid

by desk staff to bring any up) -we were told by staff members we could not bring towels from the pool to our rooms, so we dripped wet through the lobby -onsite dining does not have a diverse menu

only thing i didn't like was that breakfast should have more instead of waffles toast muffins and cereal it should have some eggs,

room great location, i stayed in the venitian room there was water damage all around the spa tub which looked like it was installed by a amature and i predict the bathroom will be rotten

there is no snack bar for the kids at the pool or water park

i loved the villas beautiful view and full kitchen was so convenient

broken utensils, not a lot to use in the kitchen

a villa and lived having a little kitchenette and fridge for meals while on vacation

could have been a bit cleanlier (looked like some candy bar was left in the carpet in one area of the room, making me wonder if it was vacuumed)
