the pool was murky

i like that there's a gym, pool and jacuzzi/spa and that the beds are super comfortable

the staff was very nice. the pool, hot tub and gym were clean and well kept. however.....

staff, felt safe, rooms were super comfy and cozy, great view of the city, full bar and restaurant downstairs

full bar with a drink menu, small bites, and my room was well appointed

bed was comfy, had extra sitting room with tv which was great for the kids

the pool was very cold. kids wanted to swim in the hot tub instead.

everything - the check-in & staff, room, location, and breakfast!

exercise facility, breakfast and nice, clean and fresh

i think they had kids that just ran and jumped the whole time they were there

too many unsupervised bratty kids in the pool. we couldn't enjoy it or the hot tub.

i dont know if the staff was being lazy and didn't want to have more laundry or if they were actually low on linens

the hot breakfast was nice and the woman working it was excellent!!

we were able to enjoy their heated outdoor/indoor pool (connected as one) and an outdoor spa that was nice and hot in the winter air

great breakfast and pillows!
