i liked everything the bed was comfy… breakfast was good and my kids loved the pool

had hair in places in my room, the lock on my door didn't work, the fitness center was disappointing because the equipment doesn't work correctly, one of the doors to

fitness center was dirty and equipment was poorly maintained (but still functioned)

thru no fault of their own, of course the public areas like pool, spa and exercise room had to be closed, but i’m always treated with such kindness, and all

the spa was cold

cleanliness and a warm pool and strong jets for the hot tub

hallway was a bit smelly, breakfast ended at 8am which seems a bit early.

the outdoor space by the pool the pergola and the gazebo also the staff was really nice the check in guy as well as the

arrived early and tried to check in but our room was not ready yet, so they gave us an upgrade to a suite

we were able to enjoy their heated outdoor/indoor pool (connected as one) and an outdoor spa that was nice and hot in the winter air

great breakfast and pillows!

the room was great ,good size. was great for 2 adults and three kids.
