amazing property with 3 pools , fitness center and all necessary to enjoy your stay

staff was very helpful and pool was wonderful, complete with all the monkeys your heart desires

from the gym and the pools to the beach club, it was all amazing

when my grandson (who already stayed there two months prior) came to the kids club - all the girls there remembered his name and met him with open arms

staff driving the golf buggies were very friendly and polite

we felt good was quite pricey and breakfast at $32 pp expensive!

the kids club activities are better suited for children six and under

shout to byron behind the lobby bar and (i think) marie who had to shepherd everyone in to the restaurants the room was great

was worth it because you got special menus others didn't get, a special more private pool, breakfast at locations others cannot go, a personal guide to answer any questions and make

chair with broken legs, patio pool was cloudy and dirty, hall lights didn't work, kitchen light missing a bulb, dining light was dim and flickered, and both bathrooms had horrible

it is lacking entertainment for kids

the only reason we booked this place was because it was sold as an all inclusive resort…with kids this was important to us

activities for kids, only a few beach chairs at the beach for the resort, more variety for kids menu at the

master suite - though i don't know why it included such a big kitchen

my kids had a great time

the dining and kitchen staff were wonderful

we didn’t have wash cloths or pool towels.

breakfast was great, and there is a good range of snacks available in between meals

and cleaning standards seriously and at the same time it didn t stop us from enjoying the pool, beach and other areas of the resort

my opinion they should consider having a kids pool separate from the main pool, that way you can fully enjoy the golden sun with a frozen
