pool not being opened

kitchen wasn’t supplied with soap, dishwasher detergent or sponge/ towel

we love: the design of the rooms the cleanliness the breakfast the staff the location

of the rooms that have a pool view can have a quite strong chlorine smell, so if you think you'll mind that, better avoid

com let me book a hotel room for a friend so her kids could use the pool

representation of wi-fi, laundry availability, no working ice machine and the entire hotel, along with room deficiencies

adult went to ask but had to wait for laundry to get done

the water system turned the laundry brown but was been worked on

no laundry facility to dry our clothes that were soaking wet from the motorcycle ride in the rain /

told there would be no towels as laundry wasn't done

comfort and privacy kids running down the hall were loud but tolerable little spendy but doable

the full-size kitchen, gym, and although we didn't use it, it had a nice laundry area and snack area

the room was great. kitchen was unexpected and a pleasant surprise. bed was comfortable.

couldn’t watch the basketball tournaments, no movies for the kids to watch
