breakfast was excellent we was greeted every morning by raven and april to see if they could get us

stopped serving breakfast an hour earlier than scheduled.

they didn’t have any pots or any basic cutlery like forks or spoons for kitchenette suite.

we like the kitchen in the room and the customer service was great.

everywhere in the first room, they changed rooms (to a room without a kitchenette, which is what we paid for) & that room had roaches too, we had 3 kids on long road

pool was outside, keys didn't work after 9pm staff had to let us in the front door and side door

dressed to come down to the breakfast area the next day and was not allowed to come in and choose foods

at home so that was not a problem but i would have liked a seating area outside other than the pool which was not open yet for the season

be sure to book family with small kids on ground floor so people do not hear the thump thump across the celling

two beds and a sofa bed also, there was plenty of room for grandkids wanting to spend the weekend with us
