the pool was right outside our back door and since it wasn’t busy it was like having our own private

it was a bit tricky to take the suitcases to the room because the road from the parking lot to the room is a bit complicated for the suitcases

food is basic , our room was delivered 2 hours late and the lights , wifi and sinks were not working

you feel like in jungle:-) lovely hot springs with bar you can have your drink in hot springs:-) place wad cleaned all the time

whole family had a wonderful experience at chachagua, and the kids especially enjoyed the hot spring pools, water slide, and amazing wildlife and staff

our kids had a lot of fun jumping in the river with a toboggan

we'd so highly recommend this hotel to anyone, from honeymooners to families with young kids

restaurant on site is delicious and the swimming pool is gorgeous
