friendly staff great pool & pool area

compared to market related properties and small rooms, no gym facilities for a best western plus

the complimentary breakfast had a very good

would have preferred to the breakfast room on the main floor

the laundry and ice machine rooms

rooftop bar was great

money didn't have proper cable to watch that was annoying building looks run down they advertise room service but we tried to order food and the restrant wouldn't answer the phone lol so i had to

no room service. and dennys was fine

room service did not top up my amenities - i had put the sign on the door

also, there was no room service available, despite this being advertised

room service wasn't that much good i had to ask couple times for towels and and shampoo

i stayed in the tower with a view of the golf course which was lovely

free to use laundry facilities

double queen room was generously sized with a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course

the pool, hottub, grounds, fitness room, our room, beds. basically everything !

kitchen could be more comprehensive

liked the pool, the bar and the fact that we got free parking right next door

room service was avaliable 24/7 and it arrived quick and was really good

the wifi was great, worked all around the building, including the restaurant

the bar food was just okay

loved our room, mattresses, lake view & onsite bar & restaurant

our trip, it had breakfast including which is what you need when travelling with kids & it had a pool and hot tub which is always

nice room, good breakfast and friendly staff

no wifi for the entire night.only cone back in the morning. dirty towel and stain on the duvet.

a kitchen in the room but there wasn’t one

full kitchen with refrigerator was wonderful

our room, guest laundry, the cubicle for the closes

had a room with kitchenette it was a great room but both siding doors on either side didn't lock

kitchen area ok

excellent staff, complete kitchen, cleanliness, due diligence on covid 19 procedure, comfortable mattress and pillow,

unit was illuminated well and kitchen was very convenient

a pretty decent gym as well

they allowed early check in.

excellent facilities including laundry where you can use washing machines & dryers any time just need to bring your own detergent
