the pool was a tad chilly and hot tub was under repair the one day we went

my kids loved the pool and are looking forward to staying there when the outdoor pool is done

gym is old - needs updated new(er) equipment.

the gym was much larger than expected and that was a great surprise

front desk staff were very friendly and were able to give us early check in

the tub could use a grab bar to make getting in and out easier.

it s right on the beach and has an indoor swimming pool

they also have ev chargers in their underground parking which was perfect for us

rooms with full kitchen and laundry -ocean front room had a beautiful view from the front room and the bedroom -we were right

the beds were amazing. good wifi. exceptional views. quiet room.

great place for the kids though with the park there too and the ocean so close

also lots of things for kids to do (playground, kids club etc)

location and grounds are beautiful, nice location to other activities like mini golf, hiking, the old coombs market and botanical gardens

we were upgraded to a water view but forgot that we had a kitchen in our previous room

location and services available (restaurant,spa,snack beach bar, swimming pool, playground)

heater in pool was broken

good pool and shared areas

no ac too small gym,room will lose ocean view once construction is complete

this time we came with a baby and baby crib and late check out were provided

not much to do on property. small gym/hottub and no hikes on property

it was quiet and overlooked the golf course

nice quiet location by the picturesque village golf course and easy walk to the waterfront

bath tub shower needed a much higher grab bar in addition to the one in place for the bath itself

is a boutique heritage property across the street from a lovely golf course

tiny body washes! please provide bar soap.

there was a restaurant and bar with live music that was relaxing and had a great vibe

lovely welcoming staff, great spa area, fantastic location by the beach and lovely clean rooms!

we planned an easter egg scavenger hunt for our kids and it was a great success, kids had a blast

i have been wanting to go for a while and so we went for my birthday with our 2 kids

fresco meals, inside c view - room service, always great food, the best staff all round (so professional- feels like a top hotel) (-)a little thing had room service and order a dessert not knowing there was ice cream with it so it was all melted but (+) room service was very good (+) had a very good evening meal via room service and a delicious (+) quick room service (+)comfy beds, great pool, excellent restaurant and excellent room service. (+)bed was so damn comfy and it was a really peaceful stay. delicious room service! (-)never told us you needed to request room service - so we missed out the first day - at the price point we paid, we thought it should (-)was already clog when we check in we arrived around 11:30 pm and tried to call the front desk/ room service or anyone to report the problem - no one answered my call
