have not at breakfast at ponderosa only because we hook up with our family and eat with them

hot tub was not working. breakfast could be a bit better ... include yogurt and eggs.

it also has a nice gym laundry room and pool

check-in was fast and easy i like the breakfast they provided once of the best breakfast around chico hotels

the staff in the breakfast room/continental breakfast works very hard to keep everything nice and supplied with food

also toilet was low and no bar for getting off of seat already paid for room but ended up having to put a deposit down
