didn't show up and when we went to check on it, the front desk staff member said that the kitchen staff must not have come to work

no restaurant, but opening soon so it the meantime they provided nice breakfast hampers, croissants, yoghurt, fruit etc which was great

because of the lack of hospitality/slight ignorance but because upon booking we were promised a kitchen, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a few other things

accommodated early check in and staff extremely helpful and polite. the grounds are beautiful.
