excellent location great pool

hotel with multiple things to do, specially if you travel with kids

there were ample restaurants and parking not to mention the hotel location was great

placed a dinner and breakfast order on the app that never came

paid for adults only and it was anything but, kids in the halls, pool, and restaurants

we were given a room upgrade but it had an adjoining door with kids watching cartoons at 7:30 am

wifi has a bad singal

food and the drinks, the room with conditioning air always on, the pool, the beach, the location next to the center, the parking, the

nice big & warm pool, good drinks at the bar, beautiful room with cozy balcony, and delicious breakfast in the

glasses and cutlery looked dirty all the time, the wifi was poor in the room and the 3 times i called reception no one ever answered

kids pool area could have had a little bit more of attractions

- if you're travelling with kids, i'd say that the kids club is the strongest selling point of this hotel

they organized variety of activities for both adults and kids

8 c 13 food was in vast need of improvement except for italian and japanese restaurant and coffee bar testaraunts regularly did not have coffee at nightbreakfast buffet - toasters barely worked

snorkeling right off the beach and the constant entertainment for the kids

in the shower, an aluminum bar from th sliding fell on my husband's head and hurt him

i would highly recommend blue bay golf and beach resort to

good view out the back at the golf course too and could access that easily if golf is your thing

my room was around 15 minutes walk from the beach but the staff would collect me in a golf cart if i didn t feel like walking

room service would have made the stay perfect (some rooms have them but ours didn t and there was not public laundry) no ice machines or room service

it is a great spot for little kids too

the idea that i need to take a piece of paper to the hotel beach bar to order a drink is more something i would expect in

room, airco, the view, multilingual and friendly staff, facilities,gym, pool and let's not forget the 24/7 security all over the venue
