i wish there was something for kids to do

parking was a little crowded, we were there on a holiday weekend, so it was full

wished they had a book of things to do, wifi info and local food

i didn t like that i couldn t substitute my breakfast for a less expensive one.

the wifi was unfortunately to weak to utilize this feature

parking was limited and a few times we had to park in another lot further away.

also with the $20/day pet fee, you are limited to only the rooms on the 1st floor

staff upgraded us from a ground floor parking lot view because our booking through booking dot com was not what they said they had

implementing rules for kids in the pool on the spot that other staff did not know about and were not posted in the pool

breakfast didn't have yogurt or a very big selection

terrible wifi. most of the time little or no connection.

i tried to order room service called for about 15 minutes and they never answered the phone.

loved the room the pool the balcony and especially loved the quilted comfy blanket and soft pillows

the pool and spa were great except when the maintenance guy added chemicals to the spa

great location, comfortable bed, kids loved the pool, friendly staff, free breakfast was an added bonus

the kitchen had everything we needed and the bathroom was updated and modern

the pool and spa area were kept very clean

the wifi and tv systeem is excellent and the pool has extended adult only hours

could not connect to the wifi. also the hideabed needs a new mattress.

spa tub is lovely, but as senior citizens with bad hips, we were afraid we would not be able to get

it was clean, kitchen has all cooking utensils, the couch was comfortable, great bed

besides that the cabin was great, my kids loved the spa tub

the room was extremely clean and spacious with a kitchen and full size refrigerator, coffee maker, there was two tvs walking distance to many of

friendly staff and rooms with a full kitchen.

stayed in, i think room 309, it was perfect… beautiful view with a balcony, a fire place, small kitchen area… hands down the best room i’ve stayed in… wish the bed had been more comfortable

adult hours for swimming pool

facilities are in great conditions, the play room, lobby, pool etc

walls were paper-thin, and our room with a kitchenette smelled like seafood

was sketchy, no adults, 2 kids cleaning lobby

parking security is not the best and wouldn't be best for small kids

people live in this motel they had kids and were screaming and yelling until 3:30am

kids and guests yelling and playing until way late at night

were very disappointed (especially the kids) when we arrived for the breakfast and they were out of waffle batter

breakfast was delicious

we slept sound in the comfy beds. good breakfast. fun pool! kids loved it.

two rooms over 6 months ago, so this shouldn't be a surprise we needed adjoining rooms for our kids and us, plus our dog
