nice outdoor pool

the rooms have been updated,pool looked fantastic,unfortunatrly we arrived too late to use it

hopefully next time i will get there earlier so i can use the pool

ev charging is included. outdoor heated pool was clean, warm, and so perfect.

parking not good if towing a trailer.

there is adequate parking and good wifi

there is a bar which is more of a local watering hole

hahaha....the only thing was a gentleman in the bar area was a little past

limited bar hours due to covid

nice eating and bar great service and location

excellant free breakfast especially children at underage

the wifi was strong and the tv worked well

breakfast was a little chaotic on some mornings with tables not cleaned away quick enough

laundry services were out of order and we really needed to do laundry

we were traveling with 2 kids and our dog and found the suite incredibly roomy and perfect

is a major selling point as well as staff courtesy,cleanliness,design and options for early check in,late check out

big room, parking and wifi

the eating bar and stools were well placed to enjoy the beautiful harbour view

only thing i wish they had is a bigger pool, mainly because we travel with our kids sometimes

breakfast was excellent; a good blend of eggs, potatoes, fruit and bacon, the suite we were given

we were very disappointed to find that the bar was not open even though the hours of operation said it should be

great location (~10 minute walk to centre 200/casino)

there is a mini-casino space (machines) which adds to the strange

no juice with breakfast for the kids. they should add this back on the menu.

gym equipment was broken

there were no showers in the pool area.

little tired decor in lobby and restaurant bar was closed at 10 on a friday night

kids loved the pool

the gym, and some parts of the bathroom

property had ample parking, on-site laundry and out of all the hotels i've stayed in during my years of travelling this one stands out

the breakfast was more than adequate and we enjoyed our stay very much

if i’m being extremely picky... there was no plastic bag for laundry.

pool - kids were running, jumping, and diving in the pool without supervision

the pool was lovely, the gym was great and clean

no towels at the pool or at the gym, had to ask 3-4 times and had to insist the person at the front counter bring towels

went to reserve a tee off time for golf and we find out that since we were not cape bretoners - we got to pay 150% of the rate of that

beside good golf course and a marina on the pocturesque lake
