we had issues getting room service due to a shortage in cleaning staff with the holiday, and the pool lawn chairs were in such disrepair that it cut our kid's

were in the room changing after the pool getting ready to leave before checkout and the manager just opened the door

outdoors was awful. dirty, broken down, smell of urine, parking lot flooded a bit

alot of out of town laborers staying there and equipment trailers and things were all over the parking lot

cheap, nothing fancy, easy to find, nice parking.

hotel employee was very helpful and they served real bacon for the complimentary breakfast instead of the standard pre-fab food

the service at the pool restaurant was a little slow

from the staff to the cleanliness to the amenities, the spa the food the grandparents of the hotel bit the bed killed

i wanted to try the spa service but it was closed on sunday

the indoor spa pool is at least 85 degrees

the outdoor spa we spent over an hour in it and it was 20 degrees outside

the swimming pool outside was incredible

out of their way to accommodate me, second breakfast by staff, pub open late, spa open for

i suspect during the season we would have made some friends in the pool, spa, or bar

room's were large and clean. breakfast was fantastic

maybe more breakfast choices like more fresh fruit, almond milk, oatmeal.

employee responsible for breakfast called in sick, but the lady at the front desk (debbi) worked extremely hard to provide

the breakfast was amazing and i am so glad we were able to eat in a beautiful little space.
