kitchen staff was extraordinary

while i was watching and eating, numerous customers were going up to the kitchen asking for eggs and gravy for the biscuits, (pans were empty)

because of the kitchen, which we did not need, the living space was cramped

impressed with the king suite you have everything you need in the kitchen and if you don't they let you borrow it

i checked in i was told the pool was open until 10 pm for kids but when i went to take my kids to the pool a few hours later i was told that the pool closed

also having 2 kids in that small room was a challenge, i wish i would have booked a bigger and more spacious room

the pool was great for the kids. the fitness center great for my wife and i

there was so much chlorine in the water, i could barely sit on the side and watch my kids play

no hot tub pool to cold no ice machines and no cots or broom and dust pan in room

we had to wait about 20 minutes just standing around with two kids and our luggage

was very clean and i loved the mini kitchen in the room

hotel was very busy with other families as it is adjacent to a water park

never got my splash passes as advertised and splash lagoon water park was closed while me and my family were there

i like that it had a indoor pool.
