location great beautiful room. enjoyed pool

liked that it had a fitness center, even though it was very small

there had been a coffee bar to get coffee and tea during the day

bistro bar had terrible service

given one bar of soap for the whole stay

walls scuffed up, hallways not clean

we decided to do room service, as it was easier

no water the first 24 hours pool closed gym closed

the bar at the little lounge was a little disorganized, but they made great drinks and had great

adequate parking and lighting

pool was clean

loved the free hot breakfast in the restaurant overlooking the marina

elevator was broken and did not get fixed the 4 days of being there , the laundry service was out of order , the room was gross , bathroom shower curtains were all rusted ,

pool and laundry were out of service and i still paid full price for my stay

my room and the pool was clean the pool just too cold for me i am use to heated water

the pool is also a plus

the service and breakfast were fantastic!

hotel stay was excellent especially the breakfast and staff members

the only complaint i have is the pool was not clean. it had leaves debris in it.

the pool could of been cleaner and the direct tv lost signal.

breakfast selection was amazing

the tiles in our shower were done incorrectly so it had a small pool of water when in use

it closed at 10 and parents let their kids run, scream, etc right until closing

pool could have been open later

room was clean, modern, well kept, easy parking

desk and kitchen staff were very friendly our entire stay

breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast eggs sausage pancakes except they had sausage gravy and on

breakfast was good with many choices

the pool was nice and heated to the best temperature and the bed was so comfortable

- dirty laundry room - the breakfast was absolutely awful i'm curious if that just we who got a bad room

was great breakfast was delicious staff was friendly hotel is clean rooms are nice

staff, clean rooms, solid wifi, and terrific breakfast options
