hotel was great. my kids enjoyed the buffet breakfast. the pool was opened but it rained.

the breakfast could be better but its ok.

our room was available for an early check in

were traveling from nor cal to so cal for a wedding and requested an early check in and my request was basically ignored

swimming pool is open everyone the facility the staff members are all great people

also, the pool closed too early so we didn't get to swim much

that i read the pool was in doors and saw that it was outside.

the pool did not look in any condition to be used

wish the rooms had a mini-fridge and a nicer pool

although this is also a casino there was no smoking allowed inside, which was a pleasant

only thing i didn't like is that they had the pool closed down for pictures of the coronavirus other than that i love this

stuffy and and had some much chlorine the parents couldn t just sit there and watch the kids it was burning your eyes

so many groups of kids just running around ,with no supervision,

we were told room service has to be requested each day if full service is not needed daily

sister and i got a good sized room with two queen beds overlooking the pool and hot tub

have stayed here a whole week and i love it kids have enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi staff are all super nice

a lot of people in the pool when i want to go in

we had to enter through the back hall that was hot from the laundry room vents and were full of laundry lent

pool close and one of the beds was broken when we got to r room

nice and spacious overall. it could use some attention to pool a spa .

it's a bit dated and many amenities are still closed because of covid. pool, laundry, etc...
