got the room for my son and daughter in law and the 5-year-old mainly because of the pool for the 5-year-old

very clean, staff was friendly and kind, good continental breakfast.

no laundry bag

because the laundry washer didn't spin out, but the evening manager dried my clothes for me which was wonderful

excellent selection for breakfast, hot tub was wonderful and the beds were very comfortable.

i asked for an early check in and late check out, they was very accommodating

property has a restaurant and bar onsite

old bar of soap left in shower. no vent in bathroom.

the room was clean and the staff was friendly. no charge for using the laundry was a nice touch

we particularly loved our time in the gym

the coffee bar was not open

har d to get his attention even though we were sitting at the bar right in front of him

nice pools, hot tub, and kids pool

also a man was sitting at the bar and breathing on the water vases that were on the bar that she used to poor water for the

indoor pool was a hit with the kids and bev's was a hit with the adults

i didn't say no room service and i had to call and get new towels and supplies that should have been in the room

my grandson kids are native american and one of your staff diane asked then if they knew what a garbage can was

the room setup was good. liked the full kitchen. needed more assortment for coffee.

the fitness area and pool were also clean and organized

unable to check in due to no hot water or clean rooms due to no laundry service because of hot water and your website asked for a pin to cancel the room and the

light fixture hung from the ceiling near my door, odd linens hung about either the guest or staff laundry area, which worryingly smelled like cat urine
