hotel breakfast was nice and plenty of choice and staff friendly

although there was a private function on the bar late on the evening of our stay, we could not hear any noise from our room on the 1st floor

fact we came back to the hotel at 11pm to have a few drinks before bed and the bar was closed and the residents bar was unavailable hard to believe on a friday night

bar was a little dirty along with the lifts

the rooms are beautifully decorated. the breakfast was yummy but too big of a portion to finish!

when we came back we had a few drinks at the bar and had a great chat with the staff

accommodated a very early check in which was brilliant, as the visit was to attend a wedding

we stayed on two separate nights over the weekend, they facilitated an early check in for us which was super useful

bar and food availability closed a little early (monday night), although there is a chip shop,

the staff in the restaurant and bar were very helpful, as were the hotel reception staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit

they do offer laundry, but the machines just down the road at the petrol station are very convenient, and

so you can have a nice cuppa whenever you fancy it, although there is a well stocked and cosy bar area on the ground floor
