parking lot full of potholes and needs replaced

it was good size for its price range, free parking and continental breakfast available.

parking near the office was tight, there were ants in the bath room and in the main

the outside area/parking lot was crumbling cement and gravel

bicycle ride across missouri and they did everything possible to make our stay amazing including early check in, breakfast opened at 5:00 am and

room was quite comfortable, pool was lovely (which was a big deal to my daughter), and staff was both helpful and friendly

pool opened at 6 so we could use the hottub/pool before we left

pool could have been warmer. to cold for us to swim in. also need life jackets for smaller kids.

lady who kept the breakfast bar going was amazing

is a motel, so our door opened directly to the parking lot

tea for breakfast would have been nice since i don't like coffee

not really a breakfast. some furnature worn.
