first room the tv didn't work and the phone didn't work and could not connect to the wifi the second room they gave me the tv worked but only 4 channels and that phone didn't work nor

adequate breakfast. easy parking. location was easy to access.

location was great for our needs, the pool was clean, the staff were very great and helpful and polite

charged me for a smoke smell in a only non smoking offered spa room

it's pet friendly, rooms are big, wifi works great, the tv's have chromecast, and they have guest laundry

breakfast was advertised but in my 3day stay,there wasn't any breakfast,

breakfast required heating but we were not told and were on the road when we realized it

like the breakfast i’m not too fond of to go breakfast bags

stayed in a spacious suite as i was traveling with kids, it was a great stay and i will definitely be back

no remote for tv, staff was hard to understand, wifi sucked, seemed sketchy but wasn t.

wifi was sketchy and it took a while for the water to heat up in the room and even then it only got

desk or chair of any kind - couldn't get wifi signal - fridge didn't work but they brought a new one - no phone - no toilet paper holder and

beds were clean, there were an adequate amount of towels, toothbrushes were provided,parking was adequate, there was adequate security

there was light from the parking area coming in the room and the barbecue area was super loud

will be coming back with the children, just to enjoy the peace and quiet and swim in their pretty pool

motel room had a complete kitchen including stove and dishwasher, and there is a separate laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers

right circumstances and i so would have enjoyed the pool

room was clean staff were friendly and professional fitness and laundry rooms were accessible and

was a fire in the laundry room and lobby that started right after i checked in

in washer got back to hotel at 11pm no towels in room and front desk was short towels so gave us pool towels

mind you i called a week to verify their pool was going to be open the day we booked our room specially with the whole covid situation

best breakfast set-up i have seen in a long time and the room was very nice.

requested a room with a kitchen because i will be here for a couple of weeks but the stove doesn’t be work

we got a suite with a kitchen so we could cook but there are no pot, pan, or utensils at all

was very disappointed that the pool area was locked and was refused admittance until 5:00pm

room service took an hour to bring food that made me sick

thoroughly overview of the options available for up grades the breakfast buffet was great and the bar was

breakfast / everything broken and not working in the laundry room / pay to drink water / poor house keeping for rooms / small bottles for bath

to room service were down and so i had to walk down and order, no real biggie

you basically had to make an immediate u-turn or weave the parking lots to get anywhere

everything was super clean and nice. bar downstairs.

the room service was prompt and the bed was super comfortable. staff friendly and helpful.

the breakfast and snacks were amazing . the rooms were very clean. best of all no bed bugs.

heard the kids upstairs above us running like elephants until almost midnight the first night

be sure to book family with small kids on ground floor so people do not hear the thump thump across the celling

the staff was friendly. the breakfast was hot and tasty. the bed was comfortable. staff helpful

that it was cold outside and i couldn't go to the pool.
