i loved the pictures on the walls, the black out blinds, the breakfast.

the life guard by the hottubs would constantly walk back and forth between the two pools and looking into the water

only disappointment was in the children's pool area, the water sprays down on the little ones heads at the small slide

only issue i had was that with no outside drinks allowed, i noticed drinking water in the pool areas is quite expensive and i actually saw kids and adults dehydrated to unsafe levels

like “i’m your personal service” but then couldn’t provide us any service like set us spa appointments or refill our coffee like promised (no follow through) cabana was reserved but

facilities off the tidal pool area could have been cleaner

only thing i didn’t really like was the fact that breakfast didn’t have so much options to choose from

it saved us a ton of money and the kids were happy

breakfast staff were wonderful, room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds, quiet at night, pool looked nice but didn't get a chance to use it

the small indoor water park was great for our granddaughter

used the dryer in the laundry room and it was on for 45 minutes and my 3 small towels didn't even dry

our kids loved the swimming area which was also very well maintained

we really enjoyed our king room with spa tub. the staff was helpful and polite.

the spa tub in the room was amazing , enjoyed the breakfast too although it was pretty basic

for the hot breakfast buffet but couldn't partake of the omelet bar because it didn't open at 7 am when breakfast started
