hello, the checking in/out was fast. the room was clean. wifi worked ok. i was in the 202 room.

however we were travelling with kids and it would have been helpful to have a microwave and a bit more room to prepare some meals

the staffs from the front reception to the restaurant and bar to the fire guy are very friendly and attentive

great room -large, clean and comfortable bed. the dinner and bar were excellent

was luxurious boasting two fireplaces (in and outdoor), a big bathtub which resembled a small pool and an outdoor plunge pool, which we did not use due to the rainy weather

location, easy parking, wonderful staff, nice touches, amazing chocolate and incredible breakfast

owner was so lovely. warm reception and really enjoyed chatting over bottle of wine at the pool.

the only problem solved is the parking of our rental car

location was excellent with a view over the river, the continental style breakfast was adequate but could have been elevated maybe by offering scrambled/boiled eggs

the only minor downside was that parking could be a bit tricky at times
