ceiling in swimming pool has some leaks but we had great fun

the spa was not hot, as a matter of fact none of the water was really able to get hot.

the access to the pool, the spa ( sauna ) area was out of order . the restrooms was disgusting.

love that it has a pool, it’s a great way to keep the kids occupied and they also have a sauna for adults which is a plus

given that we were a group of 17 with kids and teenagers, they accommodated us in every way

parking, breakfast, pool, hot tub, fitness room, coffee, tea and hot chocolate, enough said

pool was chilly, but the kids still loved it

waterpark and indoor pool was ok, but got a terrible migraine from the strong smell of chlorine

staff is told to lie to tell you managers are in a meeting the swimming pool outside has chairs and tables from the 70s

pool has no one taking charge 20 kids in the jacuzzi and i sign that says no one under 18

we love the location and scenery. the pool looked nice but too many young kids running around

we met some friends here and had a great time, the bar was pretty nice and had a live rock band, it was at the entrace of the resort but we were

price of the arcade & bar & 2 of the slides at the water park we’re not working & hot tub at water park but everything else was wonderful

facilities were mostly closed - arcade was being renovated, no bowling, no mini golf, no one knew any thing about the scheduled daily activities that didn't take place

the indoor water park and other amenities (arcade, ping pong, lake) were great for the kids.

the fact that the prices for food at the grill were different (higher) than the prices at the bar when the food came from the same place they do have a buffet that was 25$ per person

a large and well-maintained pool, a magnificent jacuzzi, and a decent sauna create excellent conditions for relaxation

parking lot and any area not grassed reflect neglect

the free breakfast was really good too

we had so much room and loved that there was a full kitchen and seperate living space for us all

2 miles in any direction and you can be at the mall, casino and various restaurants and shopping

laundry won me over i could prepare meals that’s a huge plus to eating healthy comfortable beds

with my children, having the amenities of the kitchen were extra helpful

liked the granite in the kitchen and appliances and bathroom is big and shower was nice
