activities would be fun for families with kids varying in ages from 2-16

if only they could have microwaves in the chalets. families with kids do need them.

architecture, tasteful decor, inviting place with everything you need to have a great time with kids

brought our 4 kids up for a weekend in the mountains and enjoyed the property and it’s amenities

we had a family with kids on the 3rd floor that woke up at 7am and were running non stop all morning

the only bummer was the second spa was closed so there was only one and every night it was packed with people so we didn't get to

on monsay nights the live entertainment in the bar is great

suite was spacious, comfortable, quiet, and convienent for our family - a couple with 2 young kids

really dark at night where the pool and stuff were.

i wish the pool/jacuzzi was clean/in use

attention as well, our switch in our room are all mix up that needs to be fix if you turn on the kitchen light on the lights in the end of room turn on and off or these switch with the middle

there were a couple of kids yelling from the pool around 9pm on a 54 january night

stayed there 4 days no room service, for 4 days, trash full no one cleaned room made the bed

attitude, no breakfast (was guaranteed), no longer quality inn or any other company, reservations were listed as

it needs to be updated and also they advertise free breakfast but they're not onoring it.

no vending machines, no ice machine is broken and no laundry room

was advertised with breakfast however no breakfast need to delete it from the reservation.

the indoor pool/jacuzzi was wonderful and very relaxing after a long day of hike, snow

from upstairs due to kids running

overall the place was great and dont miss out on the nice pool and jacuzzi they have

heater in pool want working when we arrived so we didn’t get to use the pool.
