rooms are freezing, lighting in them is non-existent, my room had no phone or welcome pack with room service menu or wifi code and i also found a used condom on the floor which is

close to everything, plenty of parking and spacious hotel

the breakfast was nice and it was in walking distance to everything which was great for the kids

we were staying in the area for a wedding so use of the spa and in-house hairdressers was great

unfortunately it was only an overnight stay but we availed of the bar for dinner (excellent ) and breakfast was really really good - great choice ,staff were (+) the reception and bar staff were very polite and helpful (-) bar staff were great though (+) bar staff accommodated our take-away dessert request for kids (+) bar food was amazing and the staff so attentive nice chatty and so friendly (+)concierge in the bar (kevin) was great (+)pool was very large and great fun for the kids, the coffee-latte-sweets bar that is open all afternoon was such a treat and the staff working there were lovely (-)can be difficult to get table for food in bar area. (+)were very good very accommodating and kind rooms were spotless food was excellent great hotel bar area is lovely and foyer

no room service for changing towels making beds

i gave the wrong room number when ordering room service, and the girl at the bar was so helpful and kind when i went looking for it

the facilities in the gym were great, good way to start the day

persons (early 20's) drinking, shouting, using inproper language, so no dinner for family with kids, we needed find out place for dinner somewhere else

bit i know for safety reasons but i think there should be a lock that an adult can take off if no kids in the room to allow air into

a family friendly hotel,one of the staff told off one of my kids for just sitting at the reception area
