at the pool was not that good

good access to fleming beach with hotel shuttle. clear water and nice waves.

i called the hotel a couple of days prior to my arrival to check if they have shuttle service to/from the hotel and i was advised that they do not have shuttle service at all

spa was a phenomenal experience as it is small and private with all the special amenities

imagine all the worst people you want to get away from in one place outside your window with they kids screaming at 8am

room overlooked the water slide, so it was a never ending stream of screaming kids waiting in line and sliding into the pool… felt like a disneyland resort all day long

they originally assigned us to a room that is next to the laundry room, which is very loud 24/7, lucky they let us changed to another room so everything

good facilities, room had big fridge freezer, cooker, fans, tv, balcony, private beach, the pool and hot tub were clean

a great pool (perfect for kids too), plenty of parking space, all the amenities you need (gym, laundry, concierge) and literally a minute walk to the beach

first night there was insects in our kitchen

that the laundry wasn’t in a separate building, but also available in the rooms

our older cottage room was spacious, with a nice kitchen, and has been recently updated,

beautiful beach. large bungalow that easily accommodated 4 adults and 2 kids.

the pool area was so much fun and the stars were all super friendly and helpful
