great pool overlooking waterway

pool bar was a bit pricey

wifi service was spotty. tv would not allow direct broadcast from mobile device

my room did not have wifi

never used gym, pool or anything

they let people off the street into pool. people in pool fully dressed, jeans, dresses

small beach, old torn umbrellas, small pool with chairs mostly in shade

the staff is amazing, and we love de pool area!

pool experience somehow lacking. didn t care for the noise caused by the water arch fountain.

had room service and the hotel had restaurant for meals

am a golf pro and had an early morning tee off and the breakfast was not set up at 6:15 am.

was no hot breakfast, no extra towels, pool is very small, there was no soap, shampoo , or conditioners in the rooms

was a giant pothole in the parking lot directly in front of the hotel entry way

hard to get in and out of parking lot due to curbing and shrubs/trees

1) housekeeping not coming 2) they ran out of breakfast food like a week ago 3) no wifi the last 5

, and so much mold in the shower that we did not dare bathe the kids in there

i had 4 kids who wanted to swim and were not allowed my youngestwas very upset

location was great and the shuttle service made it so worthwhile

very loud and wild guests in pool for whom my young kids had to constantly watch out for to avoid collisions

only reason i gave 9 out of 10 is because the coffee bar needed restocked with stirs and supplies

a shuttle is available free of charge for transportation to the neighborhood

i had great shuttle service from i believe his name was russell after a mixup with another double tree
