pool was too warm/hot

continental breakfast had a great variety that my kids and i enjoyed, including a waffle maker, toaster items,

could have had eggs on the breakfast.

breakfast had lots of choices, but coffee was really bad and the orange juice was really bad

hotel, casino and everything inside was amazing! it was very nice, clean and well kept.

temperature was taken and hand sanitizer was through out the casino

i understand, but wish the fitness area, pool and hot tub were available.

they have a ice machine, vending machine and laundry service on every floor which was a nice surprise

very nice and responsive staff, from front desk to room service staff very active in keeping reception/front desk area clean (carpeted areas, floors, (-) we did not receive room service even though we were there for 4 nights, when we went to the front desk for towels or (-)towels not available since there was no room service until after 3 days
