whole experience was great---- the hotel room, the casino, the restaurant, the staff, all was great

whilst they did offer a room change, by this time i'd already settled into the room and the kids had made themselves at home so i wasn't really in a mood to pack up and change

the fault of the hotel but a few guest (mainly family) groups monopolised the internal spa bath & pool which would be really enjoyable
