clean, good staff and good breakfast. the pool was small but clean.

good beds, clean room and guest laundry

had adequate parking for large vehicles with trailers and close to where i needed to be all day saturday

every thing was wonderful, very clean and comfortable staff was friendly, great breakfast.

did not have time for breakfast even though i am a vegetarian then and there wasn't much but cereal

and maybe a pool skimmer available to guests should there be bugs and such in the pool
