have to check in at the bar that is attached to the hotel which could be a bit inconvenient if you have small children

the on-site amenities were a pleasant surprise, with a bowling alley offering free games, plus a bar and restaurant

the hotel offered tons of amenities like a bar and restaurant downstairs along with a bowling alley which was free for the guests

i loved everything from the bar to the rooms to the arcade and laser tag and mini bowling.

was told the shuttle would be running at 6am, but shuttle driver did not arrive until 6:20

noticed that this year sitting around the pool that staff was there interacting with guests and most importantly it was monitored for non

long wait for evening shuttle back to the hotel from bay harbor

the bathrooms in the indoor pool area could use some updating and cleaning.

shuttle service to get around was a plus as was free wi-fi throughout the peninsula

there on fridays, check out the birenbaum in the basement of the hotel, an oberlin college-run bar that many times features campus or outside musicians for entertainment and soothing

in the morning in the lobby were sometimes lacking, the service in the 1833 restaurant and bar varies, and after multiple stays over the past year, there also appears to be some variability

to find the hotel parking was not clear

we hung out and had dinner at the bar both nights and enjoyed our bartender, who was really sweet and friendly

breakfast need to improve. the location is great.

wifi was very bad. the hotel wifi did not work at all. mattress as a little uncomfortable.

they had so many nice amenities for small children - my kids loved the pool, pirate ship and playgrounds
