we had an ocean view room in hilo, hi. amazing view, nice pool, restaurant and ocean lagoon.

restaurant and bar is amazing!

world championship regatta (we assumed a lot of the paddlers stayed there) so there were lots of kids screaming and running down the hallway at night

the pool is beautiful and right by the bay but it isn’t fenced so local kids swarmed it and made it unusable every time we tried to go there

we loved the patio and the pool was very clean

i could hear all the motorbikes and cars and sounds of birds and rooms next to me there is no gym

the pool area clean and inviting

the rooms are spacious, the pool is beautiful, there’s a gym on-site, and they even offer free paddle boards

close to another good bar and restaurant when you desire a change
