heated pool could be a few degrees warmer but it was still nice to use i enjoyed it.

the stairwell so you have to wait for the elevator even for a quick trip down to the lobby or bar area

from chamber maids, bar tender, waitress, chef, valet and desk staff every staff member greeted me with a smile and

asked for no room service and room was serviced when i specifically called and requested only resupply of towels

only thing that sucked was the pool and gym was closed due to covid 19

the pet fee is only paid once and it’s very affordable

that the pool area was cold and the hot tub was freezing.

this property- it had a full kitchen which was really great for a family and is right downtown

it would have been nice to have maid service as we were there for 4 nights and used the kitchen a bit

overall the room was comfortable, the shower was large, and the kitchen area well stocked with dishes etc

my kids slept on a fold out sofa, we had to ask for bedding and extra towels
