a reservation for saturday february 27th and needed an early check-in

spacious rooms, scones were wonderful at breakfast and pot of oatmeal with fixings was a plus!

missed hot breakfast however understand due to covid-19

we loved breakfast and even with the location being under construction it still was clean and a lovely

inn is very conveniently located, the bar is very friendly

jeremy brown was delightful upon check-in the waitress , pool fella and the cleaning staff were very friendly

the kids loved the heated pool/hot tub

were visiting our kids at umass, which was literally a less than 10 minute drive away

clean, quiet room. wonderful bed. close to umass and easy access. delicious breakfast.

reasonably priced, including the good tavern food and bar - indoor and out

and the concierge’s let us stay an extra hour for a late check out since we had arrived very late the night before due to snowy & stormy weather

noisey room over the pool

in the lobby they actually pay attention to the customers and i love the snack area and the free breakfast was so good

also, i was disappointed that the breakfast ended at 09

- the pool was shut down, our tv was broken, the elevator was broken, the gym equipment was not working

possibly from pipes in laundry below room

hot breakfast was very much appreciated as well
