we enjoyed the pool and hot tub

we understand the reasons why, we were a little disappointed the the spa was not available while we were there

the room and grounds, all inside areas (breakfast room, fitness room, bar area) were very clean and i saw continuous sanitation occuring during our stay

the water park and arcade were the main reason for our stay and we were completely satisfied

my wife used the spa for a manicure and she could not say enough about the wonderful person that did her nails

the room though had the view on the pool roof and garbage bins which wasn't very appealing

like the breakfast. the room was big. clean, and loved the spa tub.

while we like children and the goldmoor is for adults, the quiet, peaceful mornings made it the perfect place to recuperate after a difficult week

it was filled with kids running up and down the halls screaming.

wish they would have a separate pool and hot tub area for adults only

we went to the water park and museum. the kids had a great time, and so did we.

comfortable, well located for activities in dubuque, easy parking, and also uniquely themed to the city

the pool was too cold- that s all i can think of

we ordered room service for breakfast from caroline's and it was prompt and delicious

pool can be warmer and room temperature was controlled at the main desk.

the bar across the street from us had a large party and it was loud.

also the hotel was full of kids mid teens and i don’t mind kids but the parents definitely we’re not watching there

all staff were super friendly! shuttle service was so convenient!

nightstaff list fantastic in the shuttle driver even took us to the casino at midnight

the van shuttle to and from events is a really nice option

i can't complaint about anything. pool is small

bed was great and the salt water pool was great!

i liked the fact there were laundry facilities on the site as well as a free copy of the local newspaper

their shuttle to anywhere didn’t run for new year’s eve night
