great location, great staff, nice bar and dining room.

did not feel welcomed when we sat at the bar for dinner & drinks

bar & restaurant were trendy and the food was very good

but there was no place to sit in the bar and the “lobby” consisted of a couple of chairs and a side table 6ft from the front desk

music from bar down below may be annoying if you're in rooms, 23, 24, or 25

the kids loved the pool! we lived how close it was to all the shops (in walking distance).

laundry facilities, too

would have also liked adult only hours for the pool area

we were somewhat near the laundry area & we surmised that staff pulled an all nighter washing bedding between guest stays

didn’t use the pool or spa services so can’t comment on those but overall a nice quiet cozy place

it was nice to have a little kitchen as well

did not know about the shuttle services until leaving, check-in staff could have told more of amenities of hotel

small game room, fitness center with 2 machines, small jacuzzi

we loved that our room had a separate bedroom and kitchen, even with

really enjoyed having a kitchen to cook in and comfortable space to relax with the family

cabin had everything we needed; a full kitchen, including glasses, dishes and cookware, private grill, and amazing view

kitchen didn’t have any food storage containers- but that’s to be expected from a cabin

accommodations, staff, ev charging

we used the kitchen to make chili and hung out around the firepit and relaxed

they have excellent room service meals, the salmon is amazing

a covered walkway between buildings would be nice and more parking.

room service in the morning was great

were in the area for a volunteer event that lasted until after 2am and the parking lot was full

loved the bed, having a kitchen, loved the fireplace, too.

the washing machine in the laundry room was broken when we needed it

breakfast can improve

unfortunately, the casino and dining venues were closed due system issues, but we had other plans anyway so it

gym was amazing with everything you needed for a good workout

people were aloof, the gym was substandard - so bright in there i couldn't see the screen on the exercise equipment which

really a good place for kids, however non smoking is a plus
