advertised laundry was not available and we had planned to stay 3 nights to catch up on washing

the room was huge and very clean. the pool area was nice too

breakfast had great selection of both hot and cold foods

no breakfast, only cold muffins. but it was due to the covid 19 pandemic

the restaurant and bar were nice although sometimes empty

the end room mini bar really didn’t exist as you can see from the photos

if we drank, the wonder bar looked really nice for a nightcap

a single thing with which i can respond to a question about what i did not like at the bear river casino and hotel

restaurant was okay no room service and to pick up your food there was $3:00 charge plus 18 percent gratuity and we had to

able to park under ground, had to walk out to casino parking lot

closed, we were not allowed to order room service on saturday, , no housekeeping, requested twice, they left no new clean towels

i will mention the lady in the breakfast room, kept the place spotless, tended to the supplies and even offered to help guests

the pool is cold, even though it's inside it's a litte chilly.

dollar store coffee with powder eggs gym with two old treadmills and one stationary bike

didn't have breakfast but the staff our room and everything else was fantastic

only minor thing is that it is over a bar and the rooms we had, even on the third floor were noisy

continental breakfast was good (locally baked pastries)
