rooms were lovely and evening meal & breakfast perfect

parking was available but could be better felt a little unconfortable

the only negative - selfish people parking, taking up one and a half or two spaces at times

excellent comfy bed and pillows excellent breakfast

the spa facilities also fab, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam-room and gym were great for the overall

they cannot possibly achieve all that needs to be done in terms of room service and hospitality in the restaurant and bar

my kids kept hitting their heads on the ceiling - there was no air circulation and even though it was

accommodation was of a high standard and the bar manager, mark, and his staff were so welcoming and hospitable

food and staff were fantastic and were really nice to us and the kids

professional, both nights they didn't have our first or second choice meals, we pre booked the spa and sauna which was forgotten to be turned on so couldn't use the sauna, and other guests used

fast drivers coming around the curve and parking was a challenge

staff were great, the breakfast was lovely and we ate in the restaurant on the evening and the meal was excellent

no dogs allowed in the bar/ restaurant but room service is free of you are staying with pets

waterfront, pool sauna, well appointed, very lovely, everything, dinner was great, especially mussels

parking spot is directly located at the hotel

setting, lots of good local food , great customer service and lovely pool/sauna area

the view from our room was possibly the best part. my children also loved the pool.

we liked the fact that there was no room service during our stay but you could easily get top-ups for coffee etc, which meant you

food was brilliant, came very quickly and was a great kids menu and excellent value for them..

the swimming pool, although small, was at a good temperature and the spa was really warm and very clean

the bar and lounge areas are very nice to sit and read with a coal fireplace

to be in a family run hotel has traditional decor and a traditional feel in the lounge and bar areas

wifi signal in my room was not good during stay.
