biggest complaint was that there was no bar or restaurant at this facility and very sporadic water supply to drink while at the beach or

only (small) downside is that there is no onsite restaurant; there is a small bar by the pool, but nothing on the beach side like other (larger) hotels/villas (seven stars, ocean bay club)

we chose to rent a car rather than take the shuttle and glad that we did

the shuttle that allows you to go to the sister resort mitigated that, but we felt that all the

you can take the shuttle to their sister property for a more lively atmosphere
