supply in operative, wifi inoperative, no lamps - the only light in the room was overhead double fluorescent tubes

desk clerk gave us the wrong wifi password

wifi never worked, left a day early, didn't refund 3rd day.

couldn't access the wifi, the lights barely worked , and when i checked in i found bugs in my room

wifi sucked, toilet didn't flush had to fix that myself, shower was awful, used bar of soap in what

needed a hotel with pool which they had unfortunately they were having kids party but were able to use about

we must have been close to the pool as kids were running and yelling late into the night

if this is the case i guess people have to be fully dressed in the pool

in the pool and the restaurant was wonderful and the meal tockofor breakfast where great and that kids eat

that there was no live entertainment at the bar on new years eve

the staff was very accommodating with any requests that we made. the breakfast was awesome.

gym and pool were 24/7 which was great

clean, breakfast was cold, needs warmers under eggs ands sausages tray

i liked the cleanliness of the breakfast area.

we loved that the pool was open anytime, the continental breakfast, and how clean and comfortable the rooms were and that there were plenty of towels, etc
