fantastic breakfast

under the covid conditions, the accommodations were spotless the breakfast was wonderful

breakfast was good - plenty to choose from both hot or cold

the kids barely made it a half hour before getting out, and they didn’t want to go in the at all the

location, quiet, comfortable. kitchen area nice. it was clean.

2 younger kids were really hoping to go swimming but the pool was very small compared to some of the other ihg properties we've stayed at

they did not offer continental breakfast due to covid restrictions but had packs available with multiple items at front desk upon

explainng why i could not have a room with a kitchen

wifi didn't work in my room, even though desk clerk said no password was needed

no fresh towels or room service provided after 1st night

om our first two stays) was finally repaired a year later, but the ice machine and coin-op laundry wasn't

breakfast was the same for the 3 days we stayed, items weren’t replenished when needed and

pool was outside. this didn't ruin the stay though.

has a beautiful view of the mountains and in the summer months they have a cute well maintained pool

the pool needed some attention and there were no umbrellas.

room service was extremely expensive as 2 spaghetti and meatball kids meals were 50 dollars

for hungry kids

charged me way too much even for calling room service and charged me different high rate from what i paid for the

wifi should not depend on you giving lots of personal information

few folks at the bar said their room felt cold to them as well

staff at front desk/room service were awesome

breakfast not applicable; room service was good and the black angus burger was perfectly cooked.

i needed an early check in and the lady working the desk had a room for me in 15

place was a zoo of little kids like hundred of them running around screaming in hallways at 11pm the staff didn’t care

the bathroom had a great 1/2 wall for the toilet which was helpful when kids were running in and out of the bathroom
